This quest starts by talking to The Partisan of Sleepers Tomb in Sleeper's Tomb.

The Strategy

This fight is tricky. Simple tank and spank, and basically a dps check. The fail mechanic is he spawns a BUNCH of adds if you do not kill him fast enough. DO NOT FORGET TO HAIL EVENT ENDER STEVE FOR FLAG
