This quest can be started in Barren.
This quest is designed to be done via / with a raid force,
And can absolutely not be done solo or one groupwise, nor is it to be considered a "lets do this real quick" quest.
It will require quite some components to be gathered, and steps to be done.
It will also get progressively tougher, up to high end Tier 6!
Starting the Quest
Head to Barren and talk to Muse Malachy, who can be found a bit ahead and to the left from when you zone in.
Talking to him will reveal the following :
Ahhh, are you here to infuse some [Steel] or [Upgrade] you IOG,
or are you trying to do some [other] stuff?
If you click on the Steel part, he'll offer you his task, described below.
If you click on the Upgrade part, he'll tell you the following :
Alright well you seem to have the proper faction and I am pretty sure I can upgrade your IOG,
but in order for me to do this you will need to bring me a few things.
I will need your old Sanctioned Nocturne Gigaton Mk.II, as well as Crystallized Pure Steel of the Gigaton,
and A Gigaton Defibrillator Mk.II then I can create an excellent blade for you!
If you click on the Other part, you will be offered his raid mission, which is described below.
Muse Malachy's Task
The TASK for this particular quest is easy, but obtaining the steels is the hardest of all quests sofar on this server!
- Deliver 1 Steel of Mata Muram to Muse Malachy
To find out how to get to him and do this, you'll need to do Anguish mission.
While doing this, you could benefit from also getting Arin Kohski's Tradesman Guild Task (Anguish Bosses) mission.
- Deliver 1 Steel of the Giga Robot of Endurance to Muse Malachy
This guy can be found in Eastkarana. Since this is a contested mob, you'll have to get lucky on both his spawn, and the ability to defeat him.
- Deliver 1 Steel of John Frum to Muse Malachy
This guy is the zone boss of Crystallos, and requires you to complete the following Tier 5.5 mission.
Specifically the task itself, but also the [Overseer's Task] inside the zone.
While doing this, you could benefit from also getting Arin Kohski's Tradesman Guild Task (Crystallos Mobs) & Tradesman Guild Task (Crystallos Bosses) missions.
- Deliver 1 Steel of the Giga Robot of Pain to Muse Malachy
This guy can also be found in Eastkarana. Since this is also a contested mob, you'll have to get lucky on both his spawn, and the ability to defeat him.
- Deliver 1 Steel of Vaniki, the Rat King to Muse Malachy
To find out how to get to him and defeat him, you'll need to do the Dragon Necropolis : Vaniki's Demise mission.
- Deliver 1 Steel of Neb, the Warlord to Muse Malachy
To find out how to get to him and defeat him, you'll need to do the Dragon Necropolis : Neb's War mission.
- Deliver 1 Steel of Zlandicar the Dragon God to Muse Malachy
To find out how to get to him and defeat him, you'll need to do the Dragon Necropolis : Realm of Zlandicar mission.
- Deliver 1 Steel of Ayonae Ro to Muse Malachy
To find out how to get to him and defeat him, you'll need to do the Death to Ayonae Ro mission.
When you do manage to (finally) finish this task, you will be rewarded with :
Death to the Tinkerers
When you accept Muse Malachy's raid mission, you will be ported to Gyrospyre Zeka.
This zone, and especially it's mobs, are the creation of a marriage between Frankenstein and Dr. Doom.
Besides these mobs being absolutely freaky, they also are incredibly tough!

Information regarding fights will follow in the future
All besides Fizwald can be found in the basement of the tower.
When going into the tower, take a right, and in the following open room, go down the ramp to the basement.
From entering the room, Norman is found on the left side.
From entering the room, Bob is found on the right side, at the junction of the room.
From where Bob is, taking the left side, you'll see Heffe, and taking the right side, you'll see Otto
This room is very small, and all 4 named are quite well visible, and short distances from one another.
They are a balancing event, and will heal if brought out of 10% difference in hp.
When you do manage to defeat these 4 "brothers", here's what can be found at the end of that last kill : Goodies!
Master Tinkerer Fizwald however, can be found at the very top of the tower.
This is quite a long way up, filled with a lot of trash.
When coming up, he is in the small control room on the left.
Spawns a healing bot every 25% that must be killed quickly, which will heal him back to 100% if not destroyed quickly, he will spawn additional "spider" bots if healing bots aren't dispatched fast enough.
Master Tinkerer Fizwald drops the Defibrillator that is needed for the IoG 3.0 quest.
When you do finally manage to get this mission done, you will be rewarded with :
